Habitat for Humanity of North Central Connecticut’s building projects are aimed at tackling the unmet need of decent, affordable housing in the Greater Hartford Community. HFHNCC's homeownership program serves families that do not qualify for a conventional mortgage.  In the past, our strategic plan focused on number of homes built. In 2014, as part of our new strategic plan, HFHNCC moved to a “Families Served” model. Moving to this model allows us to measure our community impact on the number of families we serve, along with the number of homes we build.
